I might be a stick but I will be a very strong stick.
I'm 5' 9" and CW is 157 on a good day. I have fitness goals of bench pressing my body weight and doing a pull-up by July. Body Fat % is more important to me then the scale number, would love to get to a 20%, I think I am about a 25% now.
The scale is a lying, cheating, harsh indicator of all we have accomplished. Throw it out the window because we are all worth more then a stupid number on a stupid scale.0 -

I don't think anyone would EVER call me a stick.
I'm 5'10" and, although I'm pretty lean and have a lot of muscle, I don't want to go lower than my current 165 (I used to be 294 lbs) but I've been healthy since I was 190.
It's ALL about being fit and healthy, no matter what the scale says.0 -

For me, I did the math and decided to make my goal smack-dab in the middle of the healthy range on the BMI chart. My sister is the same height as me and probably 140 or 145. But I know that I have more muscle than her - and more curves even with my lower and healthy weight. I'm done playing the comparison game. I'm going to be HEALTHY ME and that's all I need to worry about.0 -
