Body Fat Summer Meltdown - 21st June

Hi

I'm trying to shift my attention from the scales to body fat and working out for improved bodyshape.

Anyone fancy joining me in a Body Fat Summer Meltdown?

Summer Solstice is 21st June so thought that would be a great date.

My goals:
Be down in Body Fat by 5% I don't know what is realistic here so we'll see how that fairs
Be working out 6 days a week for 1 hour or more
See Inch losses

    lol oh well looks like I'm alone in my 'challenge'.

    But today 5 days between checking my BF on a scales in a pharmacists. I'm down 1kg of body fat!! So fingers x'd I can really see great improvement by summer.

    I'd love to join you! I also want to lower my body fat - I've been really really lazy with exercising recently so any motivational kicks and shouts would be amazing. I hit my goal in March but I've put on about 3lbs since xmas - nothing major at all but I'd like to get rid of it and then work on building some muscle. I'm just worried that I'll up my intake, not do the exercise and just gain flab!
