Hello everyone,
I was told about this site from one of my coworkers as we were discussing workouts and I am really happy he mentioned it to me. I signed up yesterday and already it's a huge help to see my meals, workouts, and the ability to track progress. My goal that I am going to achieve, I am bulking up to 220, and cutting back down to 180. I have nothing at all holding me back, so I expect this to be an easy progress, especially since I love workout out so much.
I ended up looking online for a workout routine and found one that fits me just fine. I workout five days a week. One muscle group per day, cardio on Monday and Wednesday, Abs on Mondays and Thursdays, and calves on Tuesdays and Fridays. I have worked out for the past few years, but now things are different because I wanted to take complete control of my diet/fitness lifestyle, so I did it. I have it - hooray!

Hi I'm new here and trying to loose weight is really hard. I used to loose the pounds faster when I was younger but now it seems nothing works. I can't get motivated to go to the gym and I used to go every day. I've gained 30lbs. I take prednisone which makes me so hungry. I don't know how to go back to my old lifestyle of eating right and going to the gym. I recently started fast walking with my dog for 60 minutes a day and have lost 5 lbs but I need to get back in track. Any suggestions?
thanks,

I have been on here for a few weeks, along with my family. I want to lose 29lbs and keep it off this time. I would love to have some friends on here that share the same goals. I am 37years old, I don't work out as much as I would like to. But I am hoping to change that with this new lifestyle. Feel free to add me to your friends.0
