weight loss question? tips?

I want to lose at least 45-50lbs by july or august 1st which is my birthday i am a very picky eatter i need a weight loss regiment for food and exercise anyone can you help me out with a plan thanks btw if it smells bad to me i dont eat it!!! thanks in adavance i need this asap!!!

  • My Advice.

    - Fiber! Fiber! Fiber! I get atleast 30g a day and it helps with cravings and keeps you full and makes that belly work! ;)

    - Low sugar, because sugar stores fat.

    - Your body needs carbs! but only whole grains like wheat and oat, nothing bleached or enriched (no white rice, tortillas, bread ect.)

    - Veggies! They give you beautiful skin and keep you thin!

    - Water! *This is key!*

    - Stay under your calori goal, but don't net lower then 1,200 ever or you may plateau.

  • I agree with the second post. Would just add that you can have sugar but just try to get it from your fruits earlier in the day preferrably

    Eat what you like-just stay within your goals.
    Be consistent. No skipping days.
    Be accurate. Weigh or measure. Log everything.
    Do what you like to do for exercise.
    Be patient.

    Stop eating fruit 5 hours before bed so it gives you time to burn off the sugar.

    Low sodium don't use seasonings with salt and check labels also when you buy chicken get it from the butcher because most pre packed chicken is loaded with sodium.

    Eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day instead of three big ones.

    Hope this helps and good luck! I was a big salt and sugar eater but after about a week the cravings subsided... You can do it!
