JM 30 day shred

Does anybody know how many calories does a 30 day shred 20 minute workout burn? As of now doing anything else is not possible to me except for DVD workouts..so will I be fine with 30 day shred and 1200 cal /day for weight loss?

I've logged it by comparing it to Circuit Training in MFP, which says 205 calories for 20 minutes for my weight. I guess it depends on which level you're on and how much effort you're putting into it (which lady on screen you're mostly following!) Today was my first day on 30DS! I can't judge your calorie requirements as don't know your stats, but these are good links to calculate daily calorie recommendations...

It comes down to your bio metrics to accurate count as to how many calories you're burning during your session. To be accurate, you would want to use a HRM with calorie counter to record your workout. This is not a endorsement but I use a Suunto T4D with a body pod to track my workouts. It records all my sessions and can be downloaded into a online database.

I put mine down as 20 minute circuit training. Underestimating has got to be better then overestimating?? .0

i log it as 27 min, i include the warm up and cool down and log as circuit training. i am 5.2 and i burn anywhere from 160 to 215 calories. i use a heart rate monitor.0

I'm 5'6 and 147 pounds at the moment and my HRM is giving me between 210 and 240 for the 30DS which is for the full 27 mins.0
