    "Because the Night" Cascada
    "Shake it" Metro Station

I like heavy beat/ club music because it's generally a high-tempo, good for jogging etc.

    I have:

Turn me on- nicki minaj & david guetta
Man on the run - dash berlin
We found love - rihanna & calvin harris
    Suave - mohombi, nayer, pitbull
Love don't let me go (Ibiza 2006 mix) - david guetta vs the egg
Teenage crime (original mix) - Adrian Lux
Satisfaction / Put your Hand up / Sweet Dreams - Benny Benassi
Take Over Control - Eva and Afrojack
Bonkers - Calvin Harris & Dizzee Rascal

Pretty much, for me, anything that Calvin Harris, Pitbull or David Guetta is fair game :-)

if you have a smartphone use http://www.pandora.com/ (their app ofcourse) and type in the name of a band you currently like to listen to while working it. It'll automatically add more songs that are in that category and you can like or dislike those songs and everytime you "like" a song, it broadens the range for pandora and picks up more songs for you to listen to.

I personally like vocal trance, alot of other guys I know listen to dubstep. I love rock (guns and roses and stuff) but not for working out.

One of the songs I like listening to while I do cardio is Ronald Jenkees stay crunchy

I have quite a lot of P!nk in my jogging playlist, her beats tend to work well with my natural running rhythm - tracks include So What, Raise Your Glass and U & Ur Hand. Others on my playlist include Moves Like Jagger (Maroon 5), Fighter (Christina Aguilera), Forget You (Cee Lo Green), and Fat Bottomed Girls (Queen - to remind me why I'm running!).

I tend to lean towards the rock side of the music spectrum normally, but I like a little pop/club stuff to listen to when I exercise, so my favourite running songs include:

Nine Inch Nails - Hand that Feeds
Rage against the Machine - Pistol Grip Pump
    Angelspit - Skinny Little B*tch
    Rob Zombie - Dragula
System of a Down - Toxicity
    Marylin Manson - Disposable Teens
Alien Ant Farm - Smooth Criminal
Jet - Are You Gonna Be My Girl?
The White Stripes - Blue Orchid
    Maximo Park - Going Missing
    No Doubt - Hella Good
    The Strokes - Juicebox
    Papa Roach - Last Resort
Queens of the Stone Age - No One Knows
    Pendulum - Slam
The Ting Tings - Shut Up and Let Me Go
Prodigy - Smack my B*tch Up
    Razorlight - Stumble and Fall
The Offspring - The Kids Aren't Alright
Katy Perry (feat. Kanye West) - E.T
    Dresden Dolls - Girl Anachronism
Imelda May - Johnny Got a Boom Boom
Baby J, Million Dan & Tawiah - Ruffnek Set the Trend
Kings of Leon - Four Kicks

    Hope that helps! :)
