    12.4% is too low on a female?
    That's a very athletic physique and usually females that have that low a body fat are competitive athletes. That's a very "ripped" physique for a female so abs and veins would be pretty prominent.

    Thanks ninerbuff, so it is likely even tho I worked it out on several different websites, that it is incorrect?
  • For women that is extremely low. That is beyond just athletic and lower than most charts for professional athletes. Keep in mind that for a woman essential body fat is in the 10%-12% range. Go lower than that and your health would be at risk.

    So ya, that is ripped.

    Websites are totally inaccurate.

    You would REALLY have to be training/ eating for that body type.

    My body fat is about 15% and it's too low. I don't have periods and I suffer health issues with it. I am working on building it back up.
