I have been super good for the last 6 weeks and have been rewarded by an 11lb loss. I'm over the moon with this but want to hit that 1 stone mark by the end of Feb. I'm a little worried that i'll get lazy or start to plateau so need all the support i can get!

If anyone would like to add me so they can give me a kick up the butt every now and again to keep me on track it would be much appreciated!

Don't get lazy - get committed to YOU! I'll kick your backside if you like  , but ultimately this is your journey and you have to want it!

Congrats on your loss so far. That's a great start!

Faustfly and Rarnick, it's a UK thing! We're used to weighing ourselves in stones and pounds, not just pounds. Losing a stone is a big milestone for us Brits. As MrsM1ggins says, it's 14 pounds.
