Okay so here's my workout plan for tonight.. any tips would be appreciated.

This is my first self-divised workout based on what I know I can do.. and I want to push myself to the max and I've tried to make it like an interval workout as apparently those are most effective at burning fat and eventually converting it to muscle (correct me if i'm wrong by the way)

10 push ups
60 seconds of jump rope
20 chair dips
60 seconds of butt kicks
20 sit ups
60 seconds of high kneed running on the spot
15 pushups
60 seconds of jumping jacks
20 crunches
60 seconds of lunges and bicep curls

and repeats as many times as i can before I die (odds are only twice lol) does this sound like it will do anything? I hope so lol

Thank you in advance for any advice :)

hhhhhmm...have you got access to a gym? I mean it would burn some calories but i am not sure if you're fit enough to do 60 secs of rope jumping. Have you done cardio like this before? It is really tough maybe start with something easier.
In my opinion pushups and situps=useless

well i've loosely based this on jillian michaels 30 day shred and you do jump rope in that (not with an actual rope just the motion) and i think that was for 60 seconds which is why i put it on there.. and as for pushups, i generally wanna improve my upper body strength and situps feel like they do something.. i respect your opinion but i reckon they work for me :)
