Hi there!

I am a 27 year old female from the UK and am new to this website. I've been trying to add some people who seem to have the same goals as me but seems I've sent too many friend requests so thought I'd start my own post inviting people to add me instead!

My main goal is to tone up and build muscle, I've recently lost about 2 stone and just want to lose the last little bit and keep working out to get the body I really want!

I follow a generally 'clean' diet and workout most days doing things like pole dancing, workout DVDs (mainly Jillian Michaels), circuits, kettlebells, running, swimming and weights/strength training. I love my workouts and really miss them on any days where I have to miss them for any reason - for me nothing beats the feeling I get after a good exercise session!!

The rest of my information is all in my profile so feel free to check it out and add me if you have similar aims, it'd be great to have some friends on here to keep my motivation up and share tips/advice (as very few of my 'real life' friends understand my love of exercise and healthy eating!)!! :)

    Im the same!! I've lost 2stone and 10lbs in total and just want to be toned and fit as opposed to skinny. Would love nice abs :):)
