exercises to tone thighs/bum

i really want to tone my inner thighs and my bum and i can't go for a jog or anything so what are some exercises for it? thank you!:)

Squats, lunges, step-ups and kettlebell swings0

If you want to follow a routine then Brazil Butt Lift from Beachbody targets those areas and its low impact....as well as Jillian Michaels Killer thighs and buns althought that is a little more high impact but they do have a modifier0

Yoga, squats, lunges, sumo squats (for the inner thighs) and weight machines.0

I was also going to say Jillian Michaels Killer Buns work out, I have the DVD but haven't tried it yet, may give it a go tonight but if it's anything like her other workouts it should give the thighs and bum a good going over!!0

This. And make sure you go to parallel (or slightly past) on the squats or they won't work your *kitten* and thighs.0
