    Not much, unfortunately- grocery day isn't 'til tomorrow. Probably white rice with low fat italian chicken balls and mixed veggies covered in hot sauce. :smile:

    Aha...well they're ground chicken I guess. They taste like regular italian meatballs you would have in pasta. :tongue:

    Chili cheeseburger mac and cheese, a family favorite around here! It was good(even if i only get a cup:ohwell: ) i also had a salad....
  • Homemade bbq pulled chicken sandwiches (made with boneless, skinless chicken breasts)
    Faux potato salad (made with cauliflower)
    deviled eggs (made with silken tofu)
    and a great big tossed salad with lots of fresh veggies!

    It's a low-fat faux fabulous bbq!

    -with Boca chili on top

    -sliced onion
    -dipped in egg beaters
    -dipped in ground Fiber One cereal
    -baked!

    Total calories for 2 chili dogs and 7 onion rings : aprx 400 cal!!!!!!!!

    Half chicken breast, topped with italian breadcrumbs and fresh herbs :heart:
    Asparagus, mushrooms, orange pepper and red onion sauteed in a bit of ev olive oil

    And I've saved enough cals to enjoy a big feast of carrots/celery with home homemade hummus! Yum!
