Best Exercise to LIFT your butt?

I think I'm losing muscle in my once beautiful booty. I like having a bubble butt and lately, it's looking deflated and dropping! HELP!


What's the best way to lift it back up and plump it back out?

The faster the better! ;) :P

    Lunges and squats for sure. Walking lunges are hard, but worth it. If you are into yoga, the chair pose really works the booty. As for exercise machines, stair stepper or eliptical. Basically any exercise that you can feel the muscles working.

    I recently saw an info-mercial about some DVDs called Brazilian ButtLift.Why do these things always come from Brazil?Until then, if you're using a treadmill walk uphill,or find some hills to walk on. You'll really feel it ,besides giving your heart a boost.
