I actually started my diet in January and was tracking my food and exercise by hand...this is my first time on Myfitnesspal and I like the diet/exercise trackers. I would like my trackers to reflect my entire weight loss journey, even though I only started on this site today. Is there a way I can reset my start date and start weight to show my true weight loss journey?

Hi Karen--in the same boat as you. I started dieting in mid january and am now down nine pounds and wanted myfitnesspal to reflect my wieght loss since I just joined this site today.. Go to check in and push edit previous entries. I simply added my earlier heavier
weight to a January timeframe, and now my current weight as of today reflects that I have lost nine pounds. I hope this helps. Good luck and keep in touch.0 -
Thanks Suser1! I will give it a try0
