My food diary

Sometimes I feel like I'm eating and eating and not getting near my goal calories for the day, I don't want to mess up my metobolism, any suggestions as to things I can add that are good for you. Feel free to look at my diary

    I feel the same way sometimes! I don't want to eat just to fill up my food diary, so sorry no help, but I feel ya!

    I checked out your diary for today. If I were you I would try to get my extra calories from you milk in the morning and your protein at lunch. You can add a little more of the ham and get calories that way.

    If you're not hungry and you're under your goal by a little I wouldn't worry about it, especially if it doesn't happen all the time.
