It is very hot in San Antonio Tx, over 100 F. I don't even walk the dogs until after 10pm. I want to use our stationary bike and would like some suggestions for DVD to challenge me as well as some relaxing nature ones. If you know of any please let me know the title and where you purchased it.

Why don't you catch up on regular movies while on the bike? I know my netflix is in the 400's, hehe.

Thanks for the idea but I was looking for a DVD that would be engaging like a spinning class. I guess I hit on a new area because no one has recommended any.

Chris Carmichael has some videos. He's Lance Armstrong's trainer. They are available at bike shops or online. Might also try online at collage video. I haven't tried any as I ride outdoors as much as possible even in the hottest of hots and the coldest of cold. I just love to be outdoors. I did do a bit on the trainer this year but watched movies. It was about saddle time for the bum. Let us know what you discover and enjoy.
