So I posted in the "What's your Exercise?" thread my situation with my work schedule; I had a great routine going of running/walking 3 mornings a week and then walking to the YMCA during my lunch hour to do weights 3x/week. I broke a sweat during the lunchtime visits, but wore workout clothes so was able to "freshen up" even without a shower by changing into clean underclothes, body powder, etc.
Now however, we have switched to a schedule of 4 ten hour days, which cuts my lunch hour in half. I decided to try running/walking around the park during my two 15 minute breaks which feels great, but I am a sweaty, gross MESS now!!!
Any suggestions here?? I still get a morning run/walk in 3x/week, but I just don't know what else I can do these two days of the week with this schedule! I have to get up at 4:45 just to get my two year old to daycare and me to work on time, and I don't get home until 6:30. I would just take those two days as rest days, but I'm heading to MAUI in no less than FIFTY-SIX days (hehe, can you tell I'm excited??) and want to work out to the max.
All ideas/suggestions/thoughts are appreciated!!!

Don't worry about exercising during lunch. Work out 4x a week in the mornings, and double (or whatever) your workout on the extra day off work. You're still getting the same amount of exercise, just in different time slots where it will actually work for you.0

Baby wipes. Gets rid of the sweat without a shower.0
