Hi everyone, I'm new to this site, but not new to dieting I never used the message boards on the other websites, and I'm thinking maybe that's my problem! I always think I don't need the support or why would a bunch on strangers care if I lost weight or not! Anyways, I'm trying to change my attitude!! Cause I need help! I'm at my heaviest weight ever!! And unfortunately, most of my friends are skinny girls with high metabolisms that love to eat and don't work out!! So, if anyone wants to be my friend on here that would be great!! PS I have no idea how to actually add friends on here! Cheers!

Hi Lenai! My name is Kara and I feel ya girl! I never really do these message board things but I started about a week ago and Ive learned a lot so far! I understand where your coming from, I am also the heaviest Ive ever been and all of my friends are skinny b*tches to! Ive been stuck here with the same results for over 2 weeks! Its very frustrating...But I do believe the chats help, Ive gotten a lot of great info from other women and so many good tips from actually sitting down and doing a little research lately. This site is really great to! Its a lot of upkeep as far as entering in your food etc...but once you create your meals and save them it get easier. Ive already found small things in my diet that are completely pointless and if I was to cut them out(which I have) Id be losing an extra 4 pounds in 5 weeks (at least thats what they say on here). Very small changes to, like cutting out the honey in my oatmeal or mixing my shake with water instead of milk. Just make sure you enter in everything and at the end of the day it will show you all your totals and tell you where you need to cut back and what you should be eating more of, its a great site. Anyways if you need any advice or have any questions I can try and help. Im no professional but I love chating with others about how to get results! Im not sure how to "be friends" either cuz Imm new here to but if you figure it out let me know!0

hi im new here to i have started doing the zumba wii dance at least three times a wk its very intense but lots of movements and fun to do makes u feel like u have done something for the day try it i know im not eating right im not much of a breakfast eater lunch yes and dinner yes so im having a problem getting my 3 meals in can someone help please thanks rosbdg10
