Don't know if this is already on here, but just got this in an email.

2 glasses of water...after waking up - helps activate internal organs
1 glass of water...30 minutes before a meal - helps digestion
1 glass of water...before taking a bath - helps lower blood pressure
1 glass of water…before going to bed - avoids stroke or heart attack

good thing I'm always chugging water

    Thanks for sharing that wonderful tip! I drink lots of water also but didn't realize what affect it has on the system in those areas.

    Good to know! I always drink much more water than I should, but I love the stuff :)
