I have pretty much hit my goal and have decided I am very happy with my weight loss and want to stay around here...which means maintenance right?
This scares me....I'm not use to eating my excercise calories everrrrrr and is it true you need to to maintain your weight without gaining? I don't wanna GAIN....but I don't really wanna loose lol....(just bought a ton of new clothes and like how they fit now haha).
ADVICE ON MAINTAINING MY WEIGHT?!?!?

first off, CONGRATULATIONS! :flowerforyou:
secondly, I'm not expert, but start slowly? like, if your not used to eating your exercise calories, maybe try just eating half of them and see how your body holds up, then slowly add them as needed, I think if you only eat half of them you'll see you still lose a bit, but a lot slower, and then maybe you'll feel more comfortable eating all of them?
just an uneducated opinion0 -

Awesome! So you're at your goal weight, what next? Well, you can do a lot. If you're 100% happy, you could switch to eating your BMR+exercise calories. That should keep you hovering right around your current weight.
You could also visit a bod pod and get your fat % measured, and start working on cutting that down. You could also start working on raising your VO2max with aerobics. All are good options and should keep you at about the same weight

really good ideas!
also check out kerri's thread about maintaining. banks and others gave some suggestions there--like slowly bump up your cals and then wait and see.

What ever your BMR is that is essentially what you should be eating to maintain. To avoid gaining you might shoot for under that by 50-100/day. Stick with it for a week then tweek it up or down if needed.
Big tip: KEEP TRACKING your food and exercise (maybe forever). It keeps you honest! It is very easy to lose track of the details in no time.0 -
