So I'm relatively new to MFP, but definitely not new to losing (and gaining) weight. I'm at a point now where I'm feeling pretty close to my end goal and wanted to remind myself how far I've come. It's so easy to get discouraged when you can't run any faster, or your clothes fit the same, or the scale doesn't move. These pictures remind me how well I've already done!
My story is like so many others here- an eating disorder, unhappiness, emotional eating... there are many reasons that I became overweight. That is all still there, but the strategies I've learned to deal with those issues are stronger than ever.
Anyways, less serious stuff, more pictures! And please, be nice. I've still got another 20lbs to go, or more depending on my fitness levels. It's all about the fitness, baby
My start... or maybe not. I was so good at avoiding photos that this probably isn't even my heaviest.
And this I guess is about halfway through? No idea. But I like the photo
And this is me right now. Still a LOT of room for improvement, but I'll get there!
Thanks everyone! I appreciate all the support... good luck! x
Oh, and because I'm a metric baby, and from Australia, I just have to add the kilos- from 125kg to 83kg.
Oh, and I'm 5'9.
Oh, and feel free to add me.
I think that is all
