Hello everyone. I am so excited to be a part of MFP. Today is my very first day. I am still trying to learn everything, but so far so good. I think day one has gone pretty good. I am going to be over on my calories today, but I will not be close to the calories that I usually have, which is a start right? I need to better plan for my meals. I love reading everyone's post, they are very motivating. Looking forward to getting to meet new friends along this journey.

Hi Selena, I also started this today. It sounds like a good start to me. I altered my diet and started exercising about 3 weeks ago, i honestly am feeling the benefits already. (not sure if this is purely psychological yet!!) I don't eat fish or much meat so I struggle to find alternatives. Hopefully I can pick up some tips on this site.
