Need help creating a "menu"

I've been trying to make a weekly menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner for myself and dinner for the hubs and toddler. I don't want to have to make myself a separate meal for myself when it comes to dinner, so I want to make something a picky 2-1/2 year old will eat.

Try cooking your normal meals and replace any starchy carbs (rice, pasta, potato) on your plate with large amounts of veg instead.

That way you'll cook one meal for everyone to enjoy, just choose something lower calorie for your portion

    Hope that helps

Agree with Gosser. Sit down and make a list of what you usually cook. If something is unhealthy, tweek it to be healthy. Maybe replace white breads with whole grains, starches with veggies, etc.

That way you don't change too much and it won't be quite as hard to start out. Then start trying a new recipe a week. See what works and what doesn't -- and add new recipes (that work) to the rotation.

with me l just have brown rice when the kids are having mashed potatoes. It is easy once you have a look at what you cook for the family and just not have things like the starches. I love chicken with sweet and sour sauce at some carrot and broccoli and serve with brown rice. Or google some low fat receipts that is what l have done.
