Saw this on the Pillsbury website thought I'd share, sounds yummy!
Yogurt Cupcake Bites
Strawberries provide a delicious topping to these no-bake cupcakes that are made using Yoplait® yogurt - a wonderful dessert.
Prep Time: 10 Min
Total Time: 1 Hr 10 Min
Makes: 4 servings (2 bites each)
INGREDIENTS:
1container (6 oz) Yoplait® Light Fat Free strawberry yogurt
1/2cup frozen (thawed) reduced-fat whipped topping
4strawberries, cut in half.Show Directions
DIRECTIONS:
Place mini paper baking cup in each of 8 mini muffin cups. Spoon slightly less than 2 tablespoons yogurt into each cup.
Top each with small dollop of whipped topping. Cover with foil or plastic wrap. Freeze at least 1 hour. Top with strawberry half just before serving.
