ok ...I am totally new to this. Stupid question ... What does "bump" mean?

Whenever a new reply is made on a thread, it 'bumps' the thread 'up' to the top of the recently replied to list (which is how the threads are ordered when going in through the forum). So you can do a Bump post to get it more coverage/get more people to see it. The other reason to bump is that every time you reply to a thread it then appears in My Topics, so if you don't have time to read it then or need to go back to it for recipes etc, bumping it is like bookmarking it so you can find it again. :flowerforyou:
