Omgosh!!! I am meeting my newly single friend at Chili's tonight and there is NOTHING, I mean absolutely NOTHING I can or want to eat.
I have worked so hard today- spin class, and a personal training session- helped me to have over 800 calories left. I can afford to eat only 249 calories as I do not want to eat back my burned calories.
Temptation be dammed!!! I am stronger than you and will not give in to your seducing aroma of fried/sizzling/cheesiness.

Why not eat the burned calories back? You've earned them and worked hard to do so. You probably don't go out all the time, so maybe you can find something you can enjoy that's between the 800 and 249.0

I noticed when I eat back my calories, my weight stops dropping. If I leave atleast 400 left over every day, I am able to lose the 1-3 lbs a week.
I did order the margherita grilled chicken with double broccoli -with no grease/butter. And then I ate half of it.
I almost gave in to the ribs but stayed strong!!!
