I have 3 videos of me here.... I think - hope - you can see the difference from then til now. I started on my journey on January 2nd. I might have lost even more, but I was in NC for a family reunion for 5 days, and I did not stay on plan for those 5 days. Other than that, I think I have been pretty good.

I shot this today at the YMCA.... I about 40 pounds less today than what you see in my avatar.

LOL... should have been intro, not into....

    I can see some changes. your face is getting thinner! doing excellent for sure. keep it up. very cool to watch.

    Great videos! Looks like a nice gym that you're in! Keep up the good work and keep the video's coming! BTW - yes, we do know how to eat here in NC!!!! :)
