My NSV for today. What is yours?

Hello there :)

Today I went to the gym, which I am loving more and more every day. But, my NSV for today was the fact that I went over into the free weight section and did a really good arm workout. Most girls are super intimidated of all that big bulky metal and weights that don't have diagrams showing you how to use them. But I just walked in there among all the dudes and did my thing. Half of them didn't even notice me unless I was next to some weights they wanted.

Just had to share my NSV and ask, what is a recent one of yours?

NSV is new terminology for me too, Lol.

Well, my NSV for the day is noticing that my pecs are now getting a nice boost or lift from lifting weights... which translates over into boobage lift :) Yay! It does a body good.
  • Mine was on Tuesday night. I went to my group training session which is myself and 5 friends, all of whom have at least 30kg less than me to lose. I very often feel like I am lagging behind or am unable to keep up with them fitness wise and whilst I try not to let it worry me too much, it is something I am very aware of.
Well, on Tuesday we did a session with hand weights - 10 different exercises, 20 reps of each then 16, 12, 8 and 4. I like doing weights and I was so proud of myself, I finished first. It wasnt actually a race but to me, the big girl of the group it felt like a massive achievement.

The other girls in the group probably didnt even notice but to me it was the best mental motivator. I am getting stronger and that feels so good!
