My Muscles from holding on to water.
i have to see a nurse in a few months and if ive not lost enough weight she is going to be taking me of my contraceptive pill.
so i could do with the scale moving down each week.
the nurse wont care about any inches i may have lost just weight!

Women gain weight on birth control. That's just that for one. Second of all, don't fear water. It may sound odd, but increasing water will actually help. Something about making you fuller so you eat less and cleansing your system. I honestly don't know the details but I avoided it for far too long with the fear of "water weight" but once I started increasing my water, I begun seeing results. Beyond that, watch your intake, do your exercises, don't over or under eat and it will begin to come off. Don't expect to drop 5 pounds over night, but it will come off.0

Drink a lot of water. When you don't drink enough water, your body thinks it's dehydrated so it will actually hold onto water, therefore causing you to retain water and 'water weight.' Believe me, it works
so drink up and make sure you're getting at least 8 glasses a day! :drinker:
