question about "my foods" section

Hello.. I am trying to save a list of my foods so that I can pick from them while I am trying to fill my journal for the day. I don't want to have to go searching through all of them to find them.. It would be nice to just have them in my area. If this is possible, could someone please tell me how to do it.

    I think you can only save whole meals but if you eat the same things regularly together it shouldn't be an issue as you can lop off the ones you don't eat later. Under each meal is a button that says "quick tools". Click it then click "save to my meals". Then when you're adding things it will be under the "my meals" tabs.
