Inactive all these years...

Just got started with this and am inspired to get fit and lose weight. Every birthday, new year, etc I always promise myself that TODAY is the day I will start on my journey to get toned and fit.. and I always forget about it after a week or so and give up.. Usually it's the checking the scale where I go down then up then get frustrated and stop. I have been a lazy lady for 30 years (I like to think I was an active child lol). I remember seeing a seinfeld episode where George was hospitalized due to "an extreme period of inactivity" and thought THAT'S ME!! Anyone else been inactive - and new to getting in shape? :) Let's be friends!

    Thanks! Any tips for getting in shape would be awesome, I am currently using my wii and using workout dvd's - like the 30 day shred but have yet to actually get through two weeks of the 30 days lol..
