when i plank my tummy sags down at the sides but the middle is starting to stick in.
does this mean im going to have a hell of alot of sag or is it going to shape up because the middle isnt sagging down now.?

I really think it varies from person to person, age, the amount you have to lose. I think your best bet is to do lots of workouts that focus on that particular area, and focus on losing the weight
