I have some Nelly, Rihanna, Blackeyed Peas, LMFAO and some Gorillaz along with others. Anything hip hop with a good fast paced beat.0

Disturbed, RAGE, Vintage Metallica, anything heavy and fast. gets me running fast on the treadmill and I don't feel the pain. good to mix up the speed on the songs through. one song fast, next medium so I can slow the mill down a bit. but if you can get into it, anything can work. just not the Barney song...0

Agreed! Although, sometimes I just can't help singing along to the "I work out!" bit haha - get a few odd stares from other people at the gym! x0 -
Sexy back, Justin Timberlake0

The Foo Fighters usually does it for me. Hip-Hop beats are good, but I seem to run faster to rock music! (I drive faster when I have it on in the car, but that's another issue entirely!)
If you're into Indie bands, Fight Like Apes' first album is a great one - the first track is an amazing tune to run to!! x0 -
Holler Back, Gwen Steffani0

I love David Guetta (Titanium)
Rihanna (Rude Boy, S&M, We Found Love)
LMFAO (Sexy & I Know It)
Black Eyed Peas (Lots of their songs)
Walter Mitty and the Realists (Red is the Number/Green Light Go).0 -

^^^i thought i was the only one to do that!! i was driving down the motorway with foo fighters pretender on last week and got going waaaaay too fast!!!
for working out i love offspring - want u bad, sixx am - live forever / girl with golden eyes, foo fighters - best of you / walk / pretender, green day - st jimmy / nice guys finish last, red jumpsuit apparatus - atrophy, slash's snakepit - be the ball, eminem&rihnana - love the way you lie. these never fail to motivate me!!
also its totally not my usual music taste but my spinning instructor plays LMFAO sexy and I know it, it works really well for the class!!0 -
