    The second, for sure. The less ingredients, the better if you are looking for minimally processed.

  • :flowerforyou: I'd say the second one is the best. Checking the list especially the sodium content. Everything about the 2nd choice seems to be better. More of the good things you need.

    It depends entirely on the individual and their diet. What may be appropriate for my energy/nutritional requirements may be excessive for another.
