You might gain a little at first until your body gets the message that you aren't starving. Looking at your diary, you are not eating enough at 750-850 calories a day. Do you exercise? Are you drinking lots of water? Any hidden calories - like maybe packs of sugar in your coffee or tea? Also, look at your nutrients -- not how much you eat, but what you eat -- you can really fill up on a big salad - not many calories, lots of nutrients and you won't be hungry!!
So, pump up your calories with healthy food - lean meat (unless you are vegetarian), maybe a whey protein shake, fresh green veggies.
But, really, you shouldn't ever eat less than 1,000 calories a day... preferably 1200.0 -
One more thing -- eat 5 small meals a day, starting within a hour of waking up and every 3 hours after. And don't eat before bed... so quit eating 2 hours before you go to bed.0

No hidden calories as i weigh out everything etc. I know it's too little but it's an increase in comparison to what i used to have. I will try and add more vegetable calories etc. I know i should and that is why i want to increase as i want to loose weight the healthy way now and kick start my metabolism and not feel ill constanly. Just generally be able to get on with my life.0

Good stuff... Think Greek yogart (fage pot is 97 cals), babybell light about 50 cals, cottage cheese large pot about 200-300 cals but does a few meals, turkey/chicken breast, any fruit n veg oh and nuts are a super food x0

This is weird I know but even when I wasn't eating but 300 calories a day I didn't lose as much weight and when I added more wholesome foods and protein and I had been working out the whole time before and I lost nothing. Now I eat , A LOT!! And I lose inches to the point of clothes I wore when I weighed a lot less and my weight never is below 133 pounds. Your welcome to look at my dairy if you want I even ate chocolates ( my boyfriend got them for Valentines Day) even tho they contain milk and it made my tummy messed up I still never went over my maintenance calories.0
