FYI: Brownies w Soft drink/Soda work well!
Saw a discussion on soft drinks + cake mix the other night, and was curious.
Seeing as I love brownies, I decided to test them out tonight, and can happily confirm that they taste GREAT!
I used Coke Zero, for health's sake, + 2xeggs (too lazy to separate egg whites..) without dramas
They're possibly slightly chewier, but whether you'd pick it up if you weren't told is debatable.

I made 'Skinny Cake' last night wtih Sugar Free Devil's Food Cake and a can of diet root beer... They were scrumptious and I added fat free whipped topping... You could have 1/12 of a 13" x 9" pan (including 2 tablespoons cool whip) for 145 calories... Super yum!!!0

You can make brownies with a can of pumpkin too! Add a bit of nutrition (and fiber). Works well with brownies and there is no funky pumpkin taste.0
