So at the beginning of the current session at the YMCA my Cardio instructor had us to a fitness test and said we would do another one at the end of the session. Well today was the last class and here are my results!

On 1/2/12

Switch Kicks (each kick counts as 1) 85
Power Jacks 37
Power Knees (R)69/(L) 74
Power Jumps 20
Globe Jumps 6
Suicide Jumps (Burpees) 16
Push-ups (on knees) 25
Low Plank Oblique 43

On 2/15/12

Switch Kicks 114
Power Jacks 45
Power Knees (R) 73/ (L) 74
Power Jumps 33
Globe Jumps 9
Suicide Jumps 16
Push-ups (regular) 10/ (on knees) 12
Low Plank Oblique 43

Each exercise was done for 1 minutes with 30 second break in between each exercise. This is just as awesome as getting on the scale to me!
