    You shoud not want to have someones elses body...your own body is wonderful and special, compare yourself with yourself, not with models or celebrities...it makes only psychological disorders, belive me, I know what i am talking about...I work with eating disorders and morbidly obese people...its wery sad.

    While I admire physiques like Jillian Michael's, it's not my personal goal. I want to be fit enough to try anything I feel like trying, but I don't care if I ever have a six-pack or get my body fat below a certain percentage. Power to you ladies (and men) who do! It's just not my thing.

    When I saw Kelly Osbourne in Shape a few months ago, I was awed. She's my favorite celebrity weight loss success story. I love how her body looks. I think another 10 pounds would get me to my version of this.

    Also, I am most drawn to yoga strength. I kinda love Kathryn Budig too. She makes me want to be able to do crazy yoga poses like nobody else.
