Treadmill NSV

Ok, so this may seem like something small to someone else, but it was HUGE for me last night!! Normally I will run on my treadmill between 5.0 and 5.5 for 30-45 minutes. Last night as I started I felt like I was going super slow so I was running at 6.0, 6.5, and 7.0 and I wasnt out of breath or feeling like I was going to pass out!! I think something must be working!!

    THAT IS WONDERFUL!!! BIG CONGRATS TO YOU!! I wish i could run but even as a kid when i tried getting into various races, my side would always start hurting me really bad and I'd have to finish up walking. :(
