I've lost 1/2 inch in each arm and each thigh! My scale didn't move much, but those inches make me feel so good!!!!

I got my tape at a fabrics store for $2 with a coupon. Much less than buying one at the fitness store and it is same idea. And it's pink, so that's always a plus.

I got mine with a sewing/fashion kit at Bed Bath and Beyond. I never do it right so I make my fiance do it. LOL...But I love it too!
