Activity in between living life

I started reading The Clothesline Diet last night. It's a little bit scary how much I identify with the author. She was 26, over 300# when she finally had the ah-ha moment that motivated her to change her life.

Among other things, it's motivating me to start taking advantage of any spare minute to walk/be active in some way.

What are some ways that you're active when you just have a few minutes to spare?

For example, I have a friend that uses the couch to do decline pushups during commercial breaks when she's watching TV with her family.

    randomly I'll start jumping up and down. I try not to stand still, I try to move side to side
