Workout Suggestions!

This week has been tough. I do good until Wednesday, when I dont go to the gym. I dont go because they dont offer any classess I want to take. Anybody have any suggestions for a Wednesday workout? Seems like my pattern is when I miss a workout, that seems to be when I fall off track.
Here is an example of my workouts....
Monday: Body Pump in the AM and sometimes Spin the the PM
Tuesday: Spin in the AM
Wednesday: Nothing
Thursday: Body Pump and Spin back to back in the PM
Friday: Early am Spin
Saturday: Body Pump in the AM
Sunday: Sometimes Spin in the AM.

Check out some of the fitness DVDs at your local library. I always test drive my workout dvds this way before purchase lol...that way if its terrible I'm not stuck with it.0

kd..thanks. I may give that a try. Also, another alternative is that there is an early am class at 5:45 am. But as of yet, I have not ever been able to drag my butt out of bed that early. I may just have to do that. Its worth it right!!! I have to keep telling myself that.0

How about starting a walking or jogging program, or signing up for a challenge & hitting the weight room?
Also with all of those classes you're taking you may want to give yourself a break and have a yoga day. :happy:0
