Every other day and at night ( my gym is open 24 hour). I'm not a morning person at all lol0

I work out 6x a week. 3 Mornings a week I hit the gym at 4:30 am. Saturday mornings I get there at 5:30 am and I go 2x a week at 6:30 at night to meet with a trainer. I love to work out early in the morning. I find I have a lot more energy all day long. I love working out with my trainer. I really feel like it's someone I'm accountable too outside of my family and friends. I know that his first question will be: "How's your diet?" and I really love that he pushes me to do things I don't think I can do, but he has faith that I can.0

I started out going 3x per week. Now I have upped it to 5 or 6x per week. I have found that I enjoy it and why keep myself from doing something I enjoy that is going to help me become healthier?
Edited to add: I go in the evenings typically right after I get off work. On Saturday's I go in the morning about 9am or so.0 -
I go at night (around 9 or 10, after I've run out of every excuse not to go). How often depends on my mood, but I am aiming for 6 nights per week.0

3-5 times a week. twice a week in the evening, twice a week ni the morning and once a week in the afternoon. I only run0

6 days a week (sometimes 7, but one day is easier like yoga). Time varies, but usually not early in the morning as I can't seem to get to the level of intensity I usually do. And I try not to work out late at night because the adrenaline keeps me awake at night.0

About 6 days a week and it varies. This is my typical week:
Sunday: 9am Hot Vinyasa yoga class
Monday: 5:45pm Hot Yoga class
Tuesday: after work (around 5:45/6) Run/ upper body weight day
Wednesday: after work Cross training/lower body weight day
Thursday: after work Run/upper body weight day
Friday: REST
Saturday: mid morning Looooong run day (I do this outside as often as possible)
Although if I have something going on after work, like my son's t-ball practice or something, I'll drag my butt to the gym in the morning before work. I do not like those days (like today).0 -
6 days a week
Mon-Friday 8am at gym and running in the evenings sometimes too
Sat gym or track at 8 or 9 am0 -
About 6 days a week. Goal is to average 40 minutes a day (spreadsheet). Week days - after work / Weekends - AM
Because I'm old & was out of shape....... no seriously if I want to maintain a weight loss (and NOT diet) for the rest of my life .... I NEED to exercise. I never thought I would look forward to regular exercise ... now I do!0 -

I try to do something almost everyday, even if it is just a 1 mile walk.0

I run 4 to 6 times per week. On weekdays, I'll start between 4:30 and 5:30. On the weekends, I usually run before 10 AM so I don't have to deal with too much sun.0

I don't count my walking from work which I do 5 days a week. But I do at least 30 minutes a day everyday. Usually mid mornings. Cause kids at school and husband at work since I work evenings.0

I workout 5-7 days a week in the morning. If I don't do it first thing in the morning, then it's not going to get done! LOL

It kind of depends on my day. I do some sort of exercise 5-6 days a week. Usually in the early afternoon, after hubby leaves for work, while the baby is napping, and before my oldest is home from school. Sometimes it's later in the day and with my oldest doing something with me.0
-
6 days a week in the am because if I don't do it in the morning it just doesn't get done!0
-
I aim for 4-5 hours per week. On days I work I am stuck doing after 5pm but on the weekends its around 9-10am and I prefer that time of day Keeps me energized all day long0

I got 5 to 6 times a week, 5:30pm-6:00pm Monday-Friday and around 8am on Saturday and Sunday. I usually try to do 4 week days and one day on the weekend. If I'm "feeling it" on the weekend, I'll add in the 6th day but it's usually nothing too heavy duty - like 30-45 minutes cardio but nothing too strenuous.
But I try to get up to 10,000 steps on my pedometer every day - even on the days I don't do an organized workout.0 -
I work out 7 days a week unless something important takes up my entire day...I usually workout twice a day three days a week and once a day the other four.....I do it because I am fortunate enough to have a gym at work so I can use my lunch hour to work out then eat at my desk.... I usually do my weight training and 30 minutes of cardio while at work...then in the evening I go to the Gym with my wife and do an hour of cardio....It started out just to support my wife so she wasn't going to the gym by herself, but I am seeing good results and enjoy it so I have kept it up.
MON, WED, FRI 2 a days........TUE, THUR, SAT, SUN 1 a days0 -
I do something active every day. I go for a 2-3 mi walk on my lunch every day, usually that's it for my rest/in between days. The other 4 days a week that I "exercise" I have been doing in addition to my walk, 30DS and I go for a run. If I feel I want or need a total rest day, I do that, but walking is so easy.
Oh, and I walk on my lunch time and do my workout/runs in the evening around 8-9pm0 -
Mines is 5-8.... Weird range, but it work multiple times a day sometimes0
-
7 days a week. Crosstrainer 45mins - 450 calories, treadmill 45mins - 460 calories... Burn 1000 minumum everyday and eat 1100 calories, lost a stone in 6 weeks0
-
3-4 times a week, strengthening and 30 min cardio, usuallly an hour and a half total at gym, been averaging 3 days a week lately. I go around 9 am when i drop my daughter off at preschool. on the days i dont go, i give myself 2 rest days a week and then i do Wii Zumba or Just Dance for 45 min at home, also try to do this if i miss a gym day due to a heavy workload at work.0
-
I walk everywhere I go, walk up and down stairs between classes, then I go to the gym after class for 30 minute to 1 hour. When I do not have class I go for a long run!0
