what to eat at a nice, traditional Greek restaurant?

I'm going to a nice, traditional Greek restaurant tonight with a friend. I have some calories to spare, but I can't just eat whatever I want. I checked the menu and it looks like the dishes are more traditional and not American-Greek. Any recommendations on what to order or what not to order?

How about a grilled piece of fish with grilled vegetables?

Usually everything comes with a nice piece of meat and some grilled veggies like the above poster said. When I go out to eat Greek food I don't seem to have any problem keeping it healthy. Just avoid the pita if you don't want the extra cals :) Have fun...I'm jealous of your food!
