Anyone had any interesting recipe ideas for halloumi? found lots of salads and keabas but looking for something different?

Its a cheese. I've never tried it though, is it low/lower in calories?0

Just grill it in a frying pan on medium heat. Not sure how healthy it is, though.0

I am not sure about calories, but the normal way we always had it was blackened in a little bit of olive oil. Awesome stuff but not that easy to find.0

I LUV wraps with grilled halloumi, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, a little bit of sweet chilli sauce and some mayo0

My family and I have always shredded it on top of pasta. Also, frying it up is sooo good too. I'm sure the sodium content is kinda high, but still, it's good once in awhile. I've used it in sandwiches with tomatoes, and cucumbers, especially when the bread is toasted. Or as a side of cheese with anything really.0

I LOVE haloumi! Here are a few recipes I have tried. Just adjust for healthier versions.
