make kale chips. Fresh kale torn into small pieces. Toss with salt and oil...maybe some red pepper flakes if you like it hot. Bake in a 250 degree oven for 15-20 min until crispy. Its a healthy and delicious snack!0

-Popcorn: 1/4 cup popcorn kernels in a paper bag (top folded over a few times) in the microwave with the popcorn button, when it's add a little olive oil, salt, and a touch of parmesan or dill if you have it
