low carb help

So im kick starting my weightloss with a 2 week low carb period and then eating minimal carbs after that (like every other day and only small amount kinda thing) this is a challange for me as i LOVE carbs im a meat and taters kinda girl. so i need help i need ideas for all meals and snaks because honestly as much as i love meat and cheese having just that is going to get way old. and i usualy do a "spike" day i call it cheat day, in wich dinner and "dessert" are a freebie for me would it still be ok to do this on a lower carb diet, im still keeping in my calorie range as well as the low carb
