I ALWAYS TRY TO THINK ABOUT NOT FITTING INTO CLOTHES BUT.............................

    count every bite or drink that goes in your mouth. If you out of calories by noon, starve the rest of the day. Y ou will learn to stretch them out. I have lost 24 pounds in 1 month that way. i also do water aerobics 3 times a week. Nothing tastes as good as being able to get back into clothes you haven;t worn for a long fat time. GOOD LUCK
