Help!
A week ago I bought a jump rope. I did squats, push ups, lunges, sit ups and crunches with jump rope intervals. I could not workout or walk properly for 3 days because my legs were in pain. 2 days ago my legs were feeling better and I decided to jump rope. After the first jump I felt a sharp pain in my upper back. So sharp that it felt like my back bones were being crushed into my chest. Ever since, If I over exert myself I feel the pain, even something as simple going over a speed bump. Has anyone ever had this experience from jump rope? Will it go away? Should I see a doctor?
Also, this is getting in the way of my burn. Are there any exercises I could do that won't irritate my back?
