My Official 1 Month Results :)

Today marks 1 month since my official journey began (or should I say re-began). This time has been different for me. I am motivated....I am excited...I am enjoying my challenges as they come my way. I am loving the gym but most of all I am loving the way I feel and my new attitude towards living a healthier lifestyle.

As of today...my official 1 month mark....I have lost 11.4 lbs. I lost 2.5 inches off my waist, an inch off my bust and hips and a quarter inch off my biceps. I gained an inch on my calves and a half inch on my thighs...but I will assume that is muscle :)

My goal is 10 lbs a month so it was nice to surpass my goal the first month. I have a long way to go but I must say I am looking foward to it :)
